Partner intelligence for the pet ecosystem

Turn pet-parent intent into trusted, measurable partner demand.

FurrLife is building a pet-parent experience that connects records, guidance, care, commerce and planning. For partners, that creates a clearer path from a real household need to an appropriate, customer-chosen next step.

The FurrLife ecosystem

One consumer relationship. Multiple accountable partner pathways.

FurrLife is designed as an intelligence and orchestration layer. It helps a pet parent understand a need, compare suitable options and choose a next step while partners retain responsibility for their products, services and professional care.

What FurrLife owns

The consumer experience, context organization, explanation, consent controls and approved routing logic.

What partners own

Product truth, professional care, price, availability, service quality, fulfilment and contracted outcomes.

The pet-parent app journey

Consumer utility is the evidence behind ecosystem value.

The current native prototype demonstrates how a pet parent can move from fragmented information to an informed next step. It is product proof—not a claim that every partner integration or commercial workflow is live today.

What the prototype demonstrates

A coherent consumer loop—not disconnected feature screens.

  • 01
    Persistent pet context

Profiles, records, routines, reminders and settings inform the experience.

  • 02
    Guidance with next steps

pawAI explains options and directs users toward professional care when appropriate.

  • 03
    Choice-aware commerce

The prototype models recommendations, retailer choice, fulfilment preference and checkout states.

  • 04
    Life-event planning

Travel, nutrition, care and urgent pathways share the same household context.

The partner value flow

From consumer need to accountable partner outcome.

The model is designed to reduce ambiguity at each hand-off. Relevance comes from context; trust comes from explanation and choice; commercial value comes only when production data, agreements and operations support the route.

01Pet-parent intent

A need, question, life event or planned purchase.

02Consent-based context

Pet profile and preferences shape what is relevant.

03Explained options

FurrLife shows appropriate paths without hiding trade-offs.

04Customer choice

The pet parent selects the retailer, provider or next action.

05Partner fulfilment

Approved commercial and care workflows complete the hand-off.

06Attribution & learning

Permissioned outcomes improve service and ecosystem decisions.

Distribution & retail

Preserve choice while reducing search friction.

Explore retailer selection, store or warehouse routing, distributor and 3PL roles, and accountable hand-offs without displacing the relationship the customer chooses.

Manufacturers

Connect products to relevant, explained needs.

Structure product information around life stage, routines and stated preferences. Production recommendations require approved claims, live catalog data and commercial agreements.

Veterinary & care

Support clearer preparation and safer escalation.

Help pet parents organize observations, records and next questions. FurrLife does not diagnose, prescribe, replace a veterinarian or operate emergency dispatch.

Services & travel

Make complex planning easier to navigate.

Connect preferences, documents and trip or care requirements to suitable service pathways. Availability and eligibility remain subject to verified partner data.

Permissioned decision insight

Understand patterns without turning private records into a partner feed.

A production insight capability could help partners understand consented, aggregated demand and service patterns. It would not expose individual pet-parent, household or veterinary records, and it is not represented as live today.

01

Demand patterns

See where permissioned needs and purchase intent cluster across categories, life stages or planning moments.

02

Category discovery

Learn which questions and unmet needs may warrant clearer education, product information or partner coverage.

03

Service gaps

Identify aggregated areas where pet parents struggle to find suitable care, services or travel support.

04

Outcome measurement

Evaluate permissioned pathway performance and customer outcomes against agreed pilot measures.

Verified product proof and production gates

A real native prototype. A disciplined path to market.

The current Expo phone build demonstrates the consumer loop without presenting simulated interactions as live infrastructure.

Demonstrated now

Working experience evidence

  • Pet profiles, records, reminders and settings
  • pawAI guidance, next steps and escalation language
  • Nutrition, travel, care and urgent-routing journeys
  • Retailer choice and commerce-interface proof
Required for production

Commercial and trust gates

  • Partner contracts, approved claims and live catalog data
  • Inventory, pricing, tax, payments, fulfilment and returns
  • Veterinary review, privacy, consent and security controls
  • Authentication, auditability, observability and support operations
Prototype boundary

The current experience uses local demonstration state. No live LLM, secure records vault, clinic or retailer integration, provider network, production catalog, pricing or inventory feed is connected. Prices, tax, payment selection, order confirmation and fulfilment paths are simulated interface states; they do not process money, reserve stock, guarantee delivery or create a care-provider booking.

Transparent safeguards

Trust is part of the operating model.

FurrLife is designed to make the role of AI, partners and professional care visible at the moment a decision is made.

01

Guidance, not diagnosis

AI supports understanding and preparation. Veterinary professionals remain responsible for diagnosis and treatment.

02

Choice stays visible

Recommendations should explain relevance and preserve the pet parent's retailer, provider and fulfilment choices. Commercial influence must be disclosed and cannot silently override suitability or customer choice.

03

Claims require approval

Product, availability, price and care information must come from verified production sources and contracted partners.

04

Consent governs data

Partner attribution and learning must follow clear permissions, privacy controls and accountable data handling.
